Wacky Wednesday - Every Piece is Unique - Rivers students continue to celebrate Red Ribbon Week!



Mrs. Morgan’s 2nd graders continue to master more math facts using the Xtramath program. Way to go!



Ms Street’s class had a fun time in the STEAM lab this morning! They constructed facial expressions from play doh

Mrs.McKenzie’s Prek class enjoyed the book “Go Away, Big Green Monster. They also got to create their own monsters!

Rivers students teamed up today to say no to drugs! Happy Red Ribbon Week!



Mrs. Hormann's 2nd grade class used apples for math. They talked about fractions while cutting the apple. Then they investigated apples, tasted, and voted on their favorite apple. Then they made a graph of the data and analyzed it. Later they learned facts about apples. Did you know apples belong to the rose family?





Today Ms. Davis' PreK class made watercolor pumpkins.





Mrs. Hamm challenged students to build a pumpkin, then build a fence for the pumpkin to stand on. Finally they had to design one that held all pumpkins at the table







Parents and families: our fundraiser items have arrived. Please come to the south drop off lane and see the PTO parents with your students name. Just a reminder we do not have storage for all of the cold items they'll need to be picked up.

Attention Rivers Families: Our fundraiser is scheduled to be delivered on October 28, 2025. Our delivery is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Our goal is to have items ready for pickup at 11:00 am. Please note that many of the items will need to be refrigerated and we will not have enough space to keep the bulk of the items. We have reached out to PTO to assist with volunteers if anyone is interested in helping. Again thank you for your support.
Rivers students kicked off Red Ribbon Week by wearing the color red.

Beau Brown in Mrs. Gollihare’s 3rd Grade class has once again mastered more math facts! Way to go!

4th graders that achieved the AR goal for 1st nine weeks attended a Halloween bingo party. If they won, they were able to choose trick or treat!






Bulldog Friday!!! Ms. Delzer's 1st grade class won 1st place and Mrs. Morgan won 2nd place! Congratulations!!!

Mrs. Raab’s 4th grade class studied the body systems this week by making models of blood, skeleton hands, and muscles.
